Every period app assumes you have a period.Hormonia is built for the months you don’t.

  • No cycle-day counter.
  • No fertile window.

Just a clear picture of what is actually changing — and a coach who can see it too.

Day 47

You don’t have a period.
The app is still counting.

Cycle apps are built around an event that, for now, isn’t happening. So they estimate, they predict, and they keep telling you how late you are — against a date that isn’t coming yet.

Recovery from hypothalamic amenorrhea and RED-S is measured in months, in things like nourishment, rest and load. Hormonia starts there instead.

Photograph the meal. That's it.

What comes back is a person, not a number

Most food logs answer a photograph with a calorie count and a macro breakdown. For someone in energy deficit, a number is not neutral information.

Hormonia’s food log returns nothing to you. The photo goes to your HA Coach, and what comes back is their reply.

“Got it — I’ll look at this before Thursday.”

Your HA Coach

Hormonia

What happens to what you record

The AI writes the first draft.
Your HA Coach decides.

AI is used to collect, structure and organize your information so that your HA Coach can understand your situation and support you personally. Your HA Coach reads it, decides what it means, and makes every decision about your coaching.

  1. Step 1

    You check in

A minute a day — sleep, energy, mood, symptoms, a photograph of a meal. Whatever you want to write down, in your own words.

  2. Step 2

    It gets organised

Your entries are structured and the relevant ones surfaced, so a fortnight is not reconstructed from memory at the start of a call.

  3. Step 3

    Your HA Coach decides

They read it, work out what it means, and write or approve every reply your coaching programme sends you. The optional AI companion is separate: if you turn it on, it replies to you directly.

The app itself

A minute a day,
and nothing to score.

Cycle tracking that expects nothing, a food log you answer with a photograph, your morning temperature, last night’s sleep. No streaks, no targets, and no grade at the end of the week.

What it does

  • Organizes and structures what you record
  • Surfaces what is relevant, so nothing important is missed
  • Helps your HA Coach prepare for your time together

What it does not do

  • It does not replace your HA Coach
  • It does not manage your recovery
  • It does not make decisions about your health or your care

Your app also includes an optional AI companion. It is switched off unless you choose to turn it on, it replies to you directly for everyday support and information, and it is not designed to give medical advice. Your coaching is exactly the same whether you use it or not.

The Hormonia app's home screen: cycle tracking for the week, today's food log, a prompt to log morning temperature, and last night's sleep.

One product, two sides of the same conversation

Hormonia is used inside a coaching programme: an app for the person recovering, and a dashboard for the coach supporting them. It is not sold as a standalone download.

For the person recovering

Hormonia

A daily check-in that takes a minute, a food log you answer with a photograph, and somewhere to write things down.

  • Check in on sleep, energy, mood and symptoms
  • Photograph a meal — the photo goes to your coach
  • Keep a journal, and your own record of what changed
  • Read the recovery plan your coach writes, and message them when you need to

For the coach supporting them

Hormonia Health

One place to see what happened between sessions, instead of a fortnight reconstructed from memory.

  • See each client’s check-ins, food log and notes in one view
  • Review every draft before anything reaches a client
  • Run the programme around it — sign a client up, send the agreement, let the client pay in full or in instalments, and close it out when they finish
  • Keep consent, sharing and access recorded and auditable

What Hormonia is — and is not

Hormonia is a wellbeing and self-tracking companion for people recovering from hypothalamic amenorrhea and RED-S, with optional coaching and an optional AI companion (Harmony). It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, it is not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Recovery scores and insights are informational only. Always consult a qualified clinician about your health, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something in the app. If you may be in crisis or have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately. Using Hormonia does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

Sharing, access and consent changes are recorded and auditable — you can see who can see what, and withdraw it. You must be 18 or older to use Hormonia. Read the full privacy policy and terms of service, or write to us at support@hormonia.co.
